What will I find in my box?

Each box contains four items. This may include an inspirational text, some floral themed stationary or office supplies and some items for self-care. 

When will my box be sent?

Boxes are sent during the first week of December, March, June and September. Payments must be processed by the 20th of the month before your box is sent. Payments processed after this date will be credited towards the following box.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes. If you don't need an upcoming shipment, you can change your ship date from your Account page.

Can I gift The Florist's Box subscriptions or products?

Yes, The Florist's Box makes a beautiful, encouraging gift! You can gift a one month, twelve month or rolling subscription.  Just complete the gift section on checkout. 

Is there a fee to join?

There is no additional fee to the cost of the subscription(s) you choose.

Can I pay for a few months in advance or for a year upfront?

Yes, check out our deals for special offers on advance payments.

Where are my membership settings and can I change them?

To manage your subscription,  login to your customer portal. 

How can I send an expression of interest to have my item included as a product in The Florist's Box?

If you believe your item is suitable for the faith and flowers theme that is represented by The Florist's Box, then please complete the Expression of Interest form.
